Convoys

Many of the songs of C.W. McCall talk of driving vehicles across the U.S.A., or up mountains, or into cornfields. And some of the fans of C.W. McCall have done just that, usually for no really good reason except that they could. Here are a few of those incidents.

• Convoy 2KX. Coming in June 2010: from Santa Cruz, California to Cape May, New Jersey, it’s another attempt to drive across the U.S. of A. just for the heck of it.
• Convoy 2000. An attempt to travel in the footsteps of the Rubber Duck, from Shaky Town to the Jersey Shore.
• Crossing The Colorado Rockies On I-70 With C.W. McCall. A free public service from the Colorado Motor Carriers Association.
